With a background in event management, wedding planning, and personal/house management, Jalena brings a calm, organized, and proactive approach to managing details, logistics, and shifting priorities. She’s especially skilled at anticipating needs, coordinating complex schedules, and helping big ideas move from vision to execution.

Outside of work, Jalena is married and a mom to three girls. She’s also a professional musical theater performer. She thrives on a busy schedule, staying adaptable, and bringing creativity into everything she does—whether onstage or behind the scenes.
